Step 1
Fold the connecting tabs 90 degrees.
Step 2
Wrap the pot extender around the base of the plant and insert the connector into the slot. The end of the connector should be on the inside of the pot extender. If done correctly, the pot extender will form a circle. Incorrectly, it will form a tear drop.
Step 3
Rotate the pot extender so that the petioles are aligned with a groove.
Step 4
Insert the metal stakes through the holes in the connector tabs.
Step 5
Extenders can be stacked by feeding the connectors through the slots and securing them with a metal stake.
Step 6
Feed the connector tabs from the outside of the top extender to the inside of the extender below it.
Step 7
Add your favorite Anthurium mix, and you're ready to go!
