90-Day Guarantee on All Grow Lights

Rousseau Plant Care Grow Lights may be returned within 90 days for a refund of the original cost. Reach out to support@rousseauplant.care to initiate the return. Return shipping is covered by the buyer.

5-year warranty

Sometimes LEDs fail (the industry-wide failure rate is between .2-3%). We try our best to screen out the bad lights before they ship, but some still slip through the cracks. But don't worry, most failures happen within the first 12 months, and we cover the Grow Lights for 5 years. If there is an issue with your Grow Light, reach out to support@rousseauplant.care. We will send you a replacement Grow Light with a return shipping label.

Lifetime Support

Rousseau Grow Light products are designed to be repaired, refurbished, and upgraded. We hope our Grow Lights support plants for hundreds of years from now. After your 5-year warranty expires, we will repair any broken lights at cost.

Plants

Physical Damage

Sometimes shipping providers don't know what "fragile" means. On rare occasion, plants may arrive damaged from the carrier. We do not offer refunds or returns for damaged plants after we have released the package to the carrier. 

Undelivered Packages

Rarely, there are instances where packages are not delivered correctly. In these cases, we will help you track down the package. Most are found after a couple of days. Refunds cannot be given for missing or stolen packages. We do not recommend shipping to locations with high rates of theft.
